Some of the great organizing features of this top loading pack are: three internal dividers that can be folded to the side when not in use; a separate water bladder pocket; two external fuel bottle slots that allow for quick and easy access to your fuel; the perfect size front pocket for a sawyers tool kit, Coyote Camp ™ Fireline Chow or small first aid kit; hideaway fusee holders and right or left hand side access to your fire shelter; and a removable top pocket allows for easy replacement or you can swap it out for our First Aid Top Pocket, Adjustable lumbar straps and a unique trapezoid pack shape keep the pack close to your center of gravity. Utilizing a three piece HDPE frame sheet and dual aluminum stays, the Phoenix provides maximum support by transferring the weight of the pack off of your lower back and onto your hips, while minimizing dangerous side to side movement.
Our H-Style shoulder harness is adjustable so that the pack can be worn high on the hips or slung low. The shelter case can be adjusted to ride completely off of the hips preventing the shelter from drooping, rubbing or slapping against you all day.
